CHAPTER MEETING & GUEST SPEAKER 
February 01, 2022

Your PMI CRB Chapter Board is pleased to continue its efforts for the 2021 - 2022 Program Year to enhance and provide value to the membership by offering Monthly Chapter Meetings & Education Sessions. 

Please join the PMI CRB Chapter for our hybrid meeting on February 01, 20221.  

Please note - We are experiencing with our new hybrid environment, and we will have limited seats (20 seats - first come, first serve) available for Country Gentlemen. Please select the appropriate ticket type (Virtual or OnSite) when you are registering.

06:30 PM - 07:30 PM. - "Strategic Planning for Project Management" by Zach Ratkai, Administrative and Community Services Director for the City of Pasco, Washington, and Principal of Sageland Strategic LLC.

ZACH RATKAI

Zach Ratkai is a government collaborator and champion of the public sector and organizational development with over 18 years of experience working with local government, non-profit, and Federal agencies. He is currently the Administrative and Community Services Director for the City of Pasco, Washington, and Principal of Sageland Strategic LLC, an independent consulting firm working with communities, businesses, and non-profits to create functional and collaborative cultures to serve their missions.

A graduate of the University of Colorado’s School of Public Affairs, Zach holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a Certificate in Public Management. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Geography from the University of Northern Colorado. Beyond facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning, Zach’s work experience includes government administration, economic development, urban and regional planning, and disaster recovery management, – a journey that has taken him to the Colorado and Washington State Capitols, the US Capitol, and the White House to advocate for the interests of local communities.

His passion for local government is rooted in fostering intergenerational collaboration and goals, culture change, personnel management, and strategic planning. He is a champion for the public sector and has worked with local governments, city managers’ associations, young professionals’ groups, and economic development groups to collaborate on projects and develop missions to achieve results.

When not working to change the paradigm in the public sector, he can be found on the lakes of northern Idaho with his family, skiing in the Blue Mountains, or at the local hockey rink. He and his family make their home in Richland, Washington.
