Your PMI CRB Chapter Board is pleased to continue its efforts for the 2020 - 2021 Program Year to enhance and provide value to the membership by offering Monthly Chapter Meetings & Education Sessions. 

Please join the PMI CRB Chapter for our virtual meeting on December 01, 2020. We have a great speaker from PNNL, and attendees will learn about the challenges and triumphs of leading through adversity.

CHAPTER MEETING & GUEST SPEAKER

4:30 - 5:30 p.m. - "Leading Through Adversity – How to Turn Adversity into a Leadership Advantage" by Josie Villa from PNNL.

JOSIE VILLA

Josie Villa  - is a Human Resources Manager leading a team of HR professionals to deliver human resources management services to over 1,100 staff. In this role, Josie serves as a trusted advisor and counsel to the leadership team, partnering with them to set and achieve strategic HR and organizational goals. 

Josie possesses substantial leadership training and development expertise. She is a coach, speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team, an organization dedicated to developing people to lead in all aspects of their personal and professional lives. She is active in the Society for Human Resources Management, as well as in the Tri-Cities community. Josie is a volunteer trainer at the local IBEW Electrical Apprenticeship Program, where she teaches employment law as it relates to the avoidance of workplace harassment. She is a member of the Senior Pastor’s Advisory Council at Hillspring Church and serves on their HR committee. Josie holds a bachelor’s degrees in Social Science and Psychology from Washington State University
