6:30 - 7:30 p.m. “When Project Managers Meet Change Management"  presented by Kirby Amacker from PNNL

Marc McDonald will give an interactive talk on Scrum. He will provide a brief history of its development, an in-depth look at the elements of the framework, and lead an interactive discussion on the application of Scrum principles to any project management environment and methodology.

Kirby Amacker will discuss how to blend project management and change management to get the appropriate results in projects. When the technical side (project management) and the human side (change management) of a new initiative are managed concurrently, the chances of success are the highest.

MARK MCDONALD

Mark McDonald has 30+ years of project management experience working as a consultant to large clients. He developed a specialty in achieving positive outcomes for high risk and troubled projects using an Agile framework. Mark focused on developing teams and managing the human dimensions of project management over methods, procedures, and reporting.
