"Leadership is easy- that is, until you raise your head from your slumber and begin each day. In truth, the exquisite art of leadership is found in the courageous and successful navigation of the treacherous waters that seem to befall many of us on a daily basis. The great news is that many effective leaders who have thrived in challenging environments subscribe to a similar framework that has allowed for their success. Viewed through the lens of some of the more notable crises in history, we will explore the structure that these leaders have deployed in effectively holding the helm and delivering successful resolution for their stakeholders."

About the Speaker - Kyle holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with servant-leadership certification from Gonzaga University, as well as a degree in Education from Montana State University. He is an eight-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a former Division I college athlete. As a standout leadership consultant in a broad and growing field, his work is primarily focused on helping clients to leverage their strengths in creating high performing individuals, teams, and organizational cultures.
