CIERA MCKEEVER

Ciera McKeever - is a PMP-certified Project Manager with extensive experience delivering international nuclear security programs and commercial nuclear power initiatives for U.S. Government and utility clients. She specialize in executing complex, high-risk projects that sit at the intersection of nuclear safety, security, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery.
Her work spans global nuclear security engagements for DOE/NNSA as well as Extended Power Uprate (EPU) efforts at a commercial nuclear generating station, where she supports safety analysis integration, cross-vendor coordination, and executive-level reporting across a portfolio of interrelated projects. Ciera is particularly effective in hybrid execution environments — combining on-site leadership with distributed coordination across North America, South America, Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. She is known for maintaining operational control, technical rigor, and momentum across time zones.
In addition to project delivery, Ciera serves as a Project Management Certification SME, supporting PMP candidates through adult-learning-focused instruction and applied exam preparation.
"From Aspiration to Achievement: My PMP/CAPM Journey"
The journey to earning the PMP certification is more than an academic pursuit—it’s a test of resilience, discipline, and vision. It begins with a commitment to growth and a belief that mastery in project management can transform not only your career but the way you lead and inspire others. Along the way, there are late nights of study, moments of doubt, and countless challenges that push you beyond your comfort zone. But every obstacle becomes a stepping stone, every lesson a tool for success. When you finally achieve that certification, it’s not just a credential—it’s a symbol of perseverance, strategic thinking, and the courage to invest in yourself. This journey proves that with determination and focus, you can turn ambition into achievement
