KRISTEN GLEASON

Kristen Gleason, CAE, CAPM®, is a Chapter Engagement Partner with the Project Management Institute (PMI), where she supports 30+ chapter leadership boards across western North America. A Certified Association Executive, Kristen blends strategy, mindfulness, and systems thinking to help mission-driven organizations thrive. She is passionate about building impactful, purpose-driven, people-centered organizations.

Originally from New England and now based in Oregon, Kristen is a Pacific Northwest transplant who finds joy in the outdoors—whether it’s skiing, hiking, golfing, or biking. She’s fueled by strong black coffee, Ron Swanson quotes, and a love for jam bands.
