Mastering Project Management, Agility, and Emotional Intelligence in the AI-Driven Era
(7.5 PDUs)

M1: Project Everest: Reaching New Heights in Project Management
Climbing Mount Everest is considered one of humanity’s greatest feats of physical, mental, and emotional endurance. The exciting expedition to the top of the world’s highest peak is a project filled with unparalleled challenges and some of the roughest, most extreme conditions imaginable. Alan Mallory took on the challenge and set a world record when he, along with three other members of his immediate family, reached the summit after an incredible two years of planning and two months of climbing.

M2: The Agile Edge: Adapting Quickly to Thrive in Uncertain Times
In a world where change is constant and uncertainty is the new normal, the ability to adapt quickly isn’t just a strength, it’s a necessity. This engaging module explores how agile principles help build resilient, responsive, high-performing teams. Blending real-world project experience with powerful insights from his family’s Mount Everest expedition, we will dive into cultivating adaptability, fostering collaboration, and implementing rapid iteration strategies to drive success in today's fast-paced environments.

M3: Emotional Intelligence for Managing Diverse and Complex Teams
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to identify, manage, and purposefully express one's own emotions and understand and respond appropriately to others' emotions. This capacity is crucial to develop as it plays a critical role in motivating others, problem-solving, resolving conflicts, and building relationships.

The workplace landscape changes rapidly, and we must be flexible and informed to remain relevant. Alan Mallory
is an international speaker, author and performance coach who is passionate about leadership and human performance. A graduate from Queen's University, he has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager focusing on innovation and building relationships. Living and working abroad has given Alan the opportunity to deepen his understanding of individual and team challenges, better appreciate cultural diversity and successfully adapt to different organizational structures. Alan has always had a keen interest in discovering what drives us to do what we do and how we can use this knowledge to improve our lives and the lives of those around us. Through his work and life experiences, he has discovered that his true passion is helping people reach new heights by cultivating effective ways of thinking and taking action.

Alan holds a world record from his family’s ascent of Mount Everest in 2008 but he has also overcome many internal ‘Everests’ in his life, from working through social phobia and generalized anxiety disorder to breaking free from depression. It was these internal challenges that sparked Alan’s passion for studying the human mind and set him on a journey of self-discovery and continuous self-improvement in the areas of mental health and emotional intelligence. Alan delivers a number of exciting presentations and training programs in these fields that are designed to help individuals, team members and organizations reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take.
