Dr. MATT TAUBMAN

Dr. Matt Taubman is a PhD physicist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. During his nearly 25 years at the lab Matt has managed both projects and staff extensively, helping guide people's careers and development through perspectives gleaned from both personal experience and through learning from leaders in the field. Networking, time
management and task prioritization have remained cornerstones to Matt's perspective on how to succeed both professionally and personally.

"Time Management"
What do you find yourself spending your time on?  Do you feel frustrated at the end of the day because you didn’t get done what you’d planned? Do you feel derailed by things beyond your control? Do you feel burnt out? During his talk Matt Taubman looks at these and other questions in several ways.

He explores the importance of proactive time management, while focusing on fundamental and simple changes which can make a big difference. The goal is to lift the stress and burden from yourself and others where you can.
