InspirePM: A Journey into Project Management Excellence 

This is an interesting question. What does excellent project management look like?

One might immediately pointed to time, budget and scope.  Others might look at the project culture and ask whether it was healthy and strong? Or we might look at the customers and ask if they are happy.  Maybe it all depends on them?

There are so many ways we could look at this concept of project management excellence.  So, let's spend the day together and explore tools, processes, ideas and each other’s opinion on the subject.  We'll try to get as many opinions and ideas together in one spot and if we can't consume it all at once we'll record it so we can catch up afterwards.

This is an opportunity for all of us to learn from some smart project management professionals and from each other.
