Your PMI-CRB Chapter Board is pleased to continue its efforts for the 2023 Program Year to enhance and provide value to the membership by offering Monthly Chapter Meetings. 

Please join the PMI-CRB Chapter for our On-Site or Hybrid (Virtual) on February 7th, 2023. 

Note - We have limited Virtual seats, (100) and limited On-Site seats (100 seats - first come, first serve) available at CG & Public House.

Please select the appropriate ticket type (Virtual or On-Site) when you are registering:

• • If you choose the virtual option, you will receive link instructions on February 6th, 2023 after 6pm. 
    • Important! - the Zoom meeting starts at 06:30 PM
  • If you select the On-Site option, please come to CG & Public House Event Center Meeting Room at 05:30 PM for Networking. Dinner service starts at 06:00 PM. Dinner is included within the registration fee.
    
    • Buffet style dinner includes: Baked Salmon with Lemon Caper Butter, Herb Crusted Chicken, Yukon Gold Rosemary Potatoes, Wild Rice Pilaf, Honey Glazed Carrots, Green Salad, Rolls, and Dessert. For Vegetarian Entrees, during registration choose the option "Yes, I am requesting a Vegetarian Entree" or email [email protected] by 2/3/2023.

Dr. Josh E. Ramirez, NPPQ, PMP, Dr. Josh is CEO and founder of The Institute for Neuro & Behavioral Project Management (www.behavioralpm.com) and co-author of the NPPQ certification, NeuralPlan, with Dr. Shari DeBaets. Josh’s doctoral research focused on designing project management with behavioral science. His experience includes work in mega-projects and U.S. government projects, and he also teaches project management at Columbia Basin College and Lewis University (Chicago).

 ~Purpose, Planning, and Your Brain~

On route to a decision, the brain processes information through a series of thinking and feeling filters. The intention of the project and its plan is at risk when we are unaware of how the brain is actively changing the data it receives. In this presentation, Josh introduces the emerging science of Behavioral Project Management and its implication for reliable planning. He will focus us on how the deeper, driving purpose of a project is so important, making it necessary to design our processes, metrics, interfaces, and skills around our central thinking and feeling machine: our brain.
